Removal of microplastics from the environment using autochthonus wastewater-derived microbial consortia

REMIPLASWAS

This project seeks to develop an eco-friendly, sustainable technology for the removal of microplastics (MPs) in wastewater based on the interactions between autochthonous enriched microbial consortium (fungi and bacteria) (REMIPLASWAS). The study will further elucidate major mechanisms and principles underlying such processes.
